Plate circuit board fast-plate system is the latest development of the SMTVIP products. they provide the quickest, cheapest plate tool for institutions, research institutes, electronic enthusiasts. (This system include a plate making machine and corrosion machine)
The system is composed of heat-transfer system, a printed circuit board rapid corrosion machine and anti-high temperature thermal transfer paper . The system can be used to small batch production of printed circuit boards.
The system with the traditional system board technology, compared with the Advantages:
1. high precision: close to the accuracy of resolution of laser printers board system.
2. Low-cost: the cost of making a board is equivalent of a thermal transfer paper costs.
